Terms of Service

By accessing the ecashbiz platform ("the System"), initializing a workspace registry, or utilizing any integrated ledger tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between your organization and ecashbiz UAE.

ecashbiz provides a specialized Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) matrix designed for UAE Typing Centers and Travel Agencies. Core functionalities include VAT-compliant invoicing, government application tracking (Emirates ID, ICP, GDRFA), audit logs for workspace activity, cloud backup, and branded document tools such as logo, stamp, signature, and letter pad usage. The service is delivered on fast cloud infrastructure with CDN-based asset and workspace file distribution for performance and reliability. The platform is continuously improved using a modern technology stack and maintained by a dedicated support team.

Your organization retains absolute ownership of all data entered into the System. ecashbiz acts solely as a data processor. In each workspace, data remains under customer control through a role-based access hierarchy: staff access is controlled by managers, and manager authority is controlled by workspace owners. We do not individually access customer login passwords, and we do not manually alter workspace business records outside authorized system functions. While we implement high-grade encryption and secure database isolation, the security of administrative credentials (passwords and Google SSO tokens) remains your responsibility. We strongly recommend enabling cloud backup and keeping scheduled backup routines active to reduce data-loss risk.

The platform records workspace actions through an audit log system to support accountability, security review, and operational tracing. By using the System, you acknowledge that activity metadata may be logged for legitimate business and security purposes.

ecashbiz supports Google authentication for secure sign-in workflows. For subscription and payment operations, we use Ziina as a payment provider. ecashbiz does not store full payment card details on its own systems.

• • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the System's source code.
• • Using the System to process data for unlicensed business entities.
• • Bypassing security protocols or unauthorized access to other tenant registries.

You are responsible for maintaining operational backups and internal controls in your organization. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ecashbiz is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or data-loss events resulting from account misuse, third-party outages, customer-side misconfiguration, or failure to maintain backup practices.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of the System shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
